All this with tastings, local legends and real Georgian hospitality.

hrs. 23:50 – departure towards the sun, mountains, wine and endless Georgian hospitality!

Tbilisi: a spring acquaintance with the city!

After lunch — the first meeting with Tbilisi . At this time of year, the city is especially beautiful: the aroma of lilacs wafts in the air, magnolias bloom in the gardens, and the first poppies are already blooming along the roadsides. Spring Tbilisi lives its own special life — light, sunny, aromatic. Tbilisi is a city where antiquity and the present, the East and Europe, the noise of the market and the silence of the temples are intertwined. This is not just an excursion — it is a walk through the city with a soul.

Monument “Georgian Chronicles” by the Tbilisi Sea

Our route will begin with a mighty and majestic monument against the backdrop of a blooming landscape and awakened nature, which locals call the “Georgian Stonehenge”. Huge bronze columns tower over the Tbilisi reservoir and tell the epic history of Georgia — from the first rulers to Christianity. The panorama of the city and the reservoir is breathtaking!

A walk through the Botanical Garden

Then we will plunge into a green fairy tale — the vast Botanical Garden in the heart of old Tbilisi! Greenery, waterfalls, first flowers and flowering shrubs, among which it is easy to get lost in silence and beauty. Here it smells of magnolias, streams flow, waterfalls roar, and the paths offer views of the roofs of the old city and the Narikala fortress. A great place for a leisurely walk, photos and inspiration.

Waterfall in the heart of the old city

Yes, yes, there is a real waterfall hidden in the very center of Tbilisi! Especially fresh in spring, surrounded by greenery and lilacs. It bubbles between sulfur baths and stone walls, creating an oasis of freshness and coziness. Here you want to linger under the sound of water and listen to the legends about this unusual corner.

Atmospheric streets and architecture

We end the day with a walk through the picturesque streets of old Tbilisi - carved balconies, winding vines, fragrant lilacs in every yard. Spring is everywhere here: in flowers, faces, in the gentle evening sun.

On the way, we will stop for beautiful photos, listen to city legends and find out why Tbilisi is not just a capital, but true love at first sight.

Free time!

We offer to spend it in the Tbilisi bathhouse! Features of the Tbilisi bathhouse: Sulfur springs: the water in the baths with a temperature of about 40–50°C comes directly from the depths of the earth and contains a large amount of hydrogen sulfide, which is why it smells like “eggs”, but is very useful for the skin, joints and general relaxation. Architecture: the baths look like brick domes, slightly protruding above the ground. Some buildings extend into the ground - this is how the heat is preserved. Style - Persian-Turkish, which reflects the historical influence of the East on Tbilisi. Different formats: there are both common halls (men's and women's), and private rooms (with separate baths, massage and scrub). The most popular are private rooms, especially among tourists (payment on the spot, about 20 euros per person)

Overnight at the hotel!

Day 3 – May 4

Breakfast .

Kakheti: gastronomy and spring landscapes!

A day filled with taste, aromas and a true Georgian soul. On the way to wine, the landscapes of Kakheti come to life: flowering trees, fields covered with poppies and sparkling mountain rivers.

Kakheti – the sunny Alazani Valley, where grapes ripen to the whisper of the mountain wind, and each village preserves ancient traditions of hospitality.

The city of love – Signagi

Our road will lead to the cozy, postcard-like town of Signagi. It is called the “Tuscany of Georgia” – because of its landscape, terracotta roofs, views of the vineyards and warm atmosphere.

It is a city where you can visit the registry office at any time of the day to spontaneously… get married! Yes, Signagi – for love.

On the way – delicious stops:

Tasting of homemade cheese and aromatic lavash freshly baked from the tandoor. All this – in the best traditions of the Kakheti table.

We stop at a sweets and churchhela factory, where you can taste real Georgian treats – and buy them to take away.

After Sighnaghi – deeper into the heart of Kakheti: We visit the famous Kindzmarauli

winery (founded in 1535!) – a legendary place where noble semi-sweet wines are born. Tasting – every glass is like a meeting with the Georgian sun. We will enter the ancient Alaverdi Monastery (VI–XII centuries) – the spiritual center of the region and a place of amazing power.

A short photo stop at the “Mimino” airfield – a tribute to a cult film and a beloved hero from Soviet cinema.

Evening in Telavi We end the day with a walk through Telavi – one of the main cities of the region.

We will have a dinner with national cuisine and the atmosphere of old Georgia, where every toast is about life, love and friendship.

The return trip to Tbilisi will take us through the picturesque Gombora Pass.– in spring it is especially impressive: the landscapes come to life, covered with bright greenery and flowers.

Panoramic views, mountain air and pleasant fatigue from a busy day.

Free time!

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 – 5 May

Breakfast .

Mtskheta and Uplissikhe: antiquity and sacred places

Immersion in the thousand-year history of Georgia

This day is dedicated to the origins of Georgian culture and faith.

We will go to where Georgian civilization was born – to Mtskheta , the country's first capital, and to the mysterious cave city of Uplissikhe , carved directly into the rock

Mtskheta – the spiritual heart of Georgia A walk through Mtskheta is like a journey through time.

The city is surrounded by mountains, and its streets still retain the breath of centuries.

We will climb to the Jvari Monastery – in spring, the mountain offers a view of valleys covered with flowering fields.

Especially beautiful at this time: lilacs on the roadsides, poppy carpets on the slopes.

From the mountain opens a legendary view of the confluence of two rivers – Kura and Aragvi .

This place is considered sacred and inspiring – it is no coincidence that it is described in both literature and legends. Uplissikhe – a city carved into stone Then we will go to one of the most unique archaeological monuments of Georgia – Uplissikhe , an ancient cave city, which is more than 4000 years old.

Stone halls, temples, tunnels and wine cellars – all this has survived from pre-Christian times and allows us to look into the prehistory of this land. The city literally breathes with legends: it was an important trade and religious center, and it was here that the Silk Road caravans

passed .

On the way While we drive between destinations, you will hear vivid stories about the traditions, culture, myths and everyday life of the Georgian people.

This is not a simple excursion - it is a true cultural immersion . Dinner in a restaurant near the city of Gori At the end of the day, dinner awaits us in an authentic restaurant with national cuisine . Wine, aromatic dishes and a warm atmosphere will become a wonderful conclusion to this journey. This day will give you not only beautiful views, but also a deeper understanding of where the real Georgia begins. Free time! Overnight at the hotel, Tbilisi. Day 5 - 6 May Breakfast. Military-Georgian road and Kazbegi Mountains, which you will fall in love with at first sight ( with overnight stay in the heart of the Caucasus ) Today we are waiting for one of

The most impressive and unforgettable journeys – along the famous Military-Georgian road to the mountainous region of Kazbegi (Stepancminda).

The journey towards Kazbegi leads through blooming mountain slopes .

Below – blooming valleys , above – still snowy peaks .

Spring here is contrasting and surprisingly beautiful. The sky seems closer , but the air – cleaner than dreams .

The road in the clouds We leave Tbilisi and head north , towards the peaks of the Caucasus.

On the way – stops at places where nature and history have merged into one whole: Zhinvali Reservoir – a turquoise lake surrounded by mountains. A photo break – mandatory! Ananuri Fortress – a powerful 17th century fortress on the shore of the reservoir. A feeling like in a movie. Pasanauri – a place where the White and Black Aragvi merge . Two rivers, two colors, two forces – in one frame.

The taste of mountain lunches Here, in the land of pastures and fresh air , the taste of food is especially bright.

We will stop for lunch, where we will be greeted by: real mountain khinkali , lamb or mutton shashlik , and, of course, bread, greens, spices – everything as it should be in Georgian: generous and tasty .

Climbing to Gudauri After lunch, the real climb begins:

We will drive along the Arch of Friendship , from which amazing views of the gorges and snow-capped peaks open.

Then we will climb the Cross Pass (2395 m) – one of the highest points on the road.

Here the mountains seem to speak their own language.

Stepantsminda (Kazbegi) We drive to the cozy mountain village of Stepantsminda (1500 m above sea level) , at the foot of the majestic Mount Kazbek.

We are greeted by fresh air and a view of blooming gorges , in which spring grass and wildflowers are already appearing.

Here we are waiting for hotel accommodation , silence, stars above our heads and the feeling that you are in the very heart of the Caucasus .

Free time!

Overnight at a hotel in the mountains.

Day 6 – 7. May

A day of adventure where the mountains reveal their secrets

Only jeeps can get to where nature is wild, alive and completely magical .

Jeep tour to Gveleti waterfalls

Our first stop – Gveleti waterfalls . First, we will go to a small waterfall, where water flows over moss and stones, creating the impression of a fairy-tale forest.

Then we are greeted by a trail to a large waterfall – there a powerful stream of water falls from a steep cliff , against the backdrop of mountain peaks – a breathtaking view .

Here you can feel how the mountains breathe, and time seems to stop.

At this time of year, the Truso Gorge and Gveleti waterfalls are especially picturesque: emerald green slopes , mountain streams , wildflowers breaking through the rocks , the air – saturated with the aromas of mountain herbs .

Jeep tour to Truso Gorge (Narzanu Gorge) Next, we are waiting for the Truso Gorge – a place that seems to have stepped out of myths. A boiling lake , from the depths of which gas bubbles rise, creating the effect of "living earth" . Salt springs , chalk cliffs , mysterious abandoned ruins of villages - all this gives this place an ancient and magical atmosphere .

The roads here are not always easy, but the landscapes - are worth every minute. Return to Tbilisi In the evening - return to Tbilisi and farewell to the blooming, hospitable and inspiring Georgia. We are waiting for a well-deserved rest at the hotel, a shower, hot tea ... and time to catch our breath before the journey home.
