A few days before your trip, you will receive information to the phone number you provided: departure time and location, bus number, and guide's phone number (for emergency calls only).
If you have not provided your contact phone number, please contact the manager for this information. If you are traveling in a group, information will be sent to the phone number you provided. If all group members wish to receive information, you must provide all phone numbers.
Required: Passport and European Health Insurance Card (EVAK) and/or private health and life insurance, including coverage for repatriation to your country of residence in the event of death or serious illness.
Entrance ticket prices and exchange rates are approximate and subject to change.
The company is not responsible for changes in opening hours, incorrect information from the facilities, or the cancellation of any events without prior notice.
The travel agency reserves the right to change the order of procedures, while maintaining the number of procedures. Free time is valid subject to the absence of unforeseen situations, traffic congestion, or other schedule deviations.

If a tourist is traveling alone and has no one to share a hotel room with, they must pay an additional fee for a single room.
The minimum group size is 18.
The group departure time and location must be confirmed three days prior to the trip!

ADDITIONAL TOUR INFORMATION:
The company reserves the right to change the tour schedule or substitute equivalent tours without affecting the full scope of services provided. Changes to the program and price are subject to the regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Excursions offered for an additional fee include fuel, road taxes, parking, group leader services, and guide services.
Entrance tickets to museums and other attractions are available for an additional fee! Entrance fees, exchange rates, and tour times indicated in the program are approximate and subject to change.

Some changes to the planned schedule, including late arrivals at hotels or late returns home, are possible due to unforeseen circumstances, adverse road conditions, border delays, and other travel-related factors.
The company is not responsible for services provided outside of Latvia, at sites visited by tourists, for services in hotels and restaurants, or for any services that are not directly provided by the company but are independent of the company.
The price of the tour and additional services (museum entrance fees) is approximate. Depending on exchange rate fluctuations, the price of the tour and additional services will be adjusted.
