Booking term
A €300 deposit is required within 3 days of a phone or in-office reservation — unpaid holds may be released after that.
Full balance is due one month before departure.
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the return date

If you have not provided your contact phone number, please contact the manager for this information. If you are traveling in a group, information will be sent to the phone number you provided. If all group members wish to receive information, please provide all phone numbers.
Required documents: Passport and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) and/or private health and life insurance, including coverage for repatriation to your country of residence in the event of death or serious illness.
ADDITIONAL TOUR INFORMATION:
The company reserves the right to change the order of site visits or substitute equivalent ones without affecting the full scope of services provided. Changes to the program and price are subject to the regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Excursions offered for an additional fee include fuel, road taxes, parking, group leader services, and guide services.
Entrance tickets to museums and other attractions are available for an additional fee! Entrance ticket prices, exchange rates, and excursion times indicated in the program are approximate and subject to change.
The minimum group size is 18.
Some changes to the planned schedule, including late arrivals at hotels or late returns home, are possible due to unforeseen circumstances, adverse road conditions, border delays, and other travel-related factors.
The company is not responsible for services rendered outside Latvia, at sites visited by tourists, for services in hotels and restaurants, or for any services that are not directly provided by the company but are independent of the company.
The price of the tour and additional services (entrance tickets to museums) is approximate. Depending on exchange rate fluctuations, the price of the tour and additional services will be adjusted. The tour is conducted in Russian!
