A €200 deposit is required within 3 days of a phone or in-office reservation — unpaid holds may be released after that. Full payment is due by 24 November 2026. Minimum group size is 14 travelers; the order of visits may be adjusted or sites replaced with equivalents without reducing the overall program.
You are required to have: a passport and a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) and/or a private health and life insurance policy that also covers the cost of repatriation to your country of residence in the event of death or serious illness.
